Celebrating a Legacy of Luxury

From San Francisco’s Financial District in 1906…
to Manhattan’s prestigious Madison Avenue in 1933…
to 2017, when the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® name made its mark on real estate for the first time.

Today, the Coldwell Banker® network celebrates the first anniversary of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program! Follow the hashtag #CBGLCelebrates throughout the day to track how the brand is commemorating the day on Instagram, and join the conversation with your own congratulatory message.

The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury identity is synonymous with success. Our record over the last year speaks for itself: Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates sold $148.7 million of $1 million-plus homes with an average sales price of $1.9 million per day in 2017, and handled 28,746 transaction sides of $1 million-plus homes — a 16% increase from 2016.*

*Average daily sales, data based on closed and recorded transaction sides of homes sold for more than $1 million (USD$) or more as reported by the U.S. Coldwell Banker franchise system for the calendar year 2017.

Town Talk: Juno participants celebrated beforehand

Loving Spoonful’s 10-year executive director, Lisa Martella, had more than 50 potential dinner invitations recently, and kept several. That was when the Dining Out For Life program had city restaurants raise a possible $100,000 for the 1989-founded organization that serves 100,000 free meals yearly to those with HIV/AIDS. With changing menus, too, as clients live longer, develop coexisting ailments and have their dietary needs evolve. Not so Martella and spouse Paul’s cats, Leroy, Jaxie and Gracie, “who always want chicken, preferably grilled,” she said.
